AIAA-RMS is excited to share your events and contributions in our monthly newsletter, which is sent out on the first Wednesday of every month. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to review your submission. You will receive an email update on its status.

Submission Guidelines

General Guidelines

• Contact Information: Provide your name, email, and organization details.

• Important: We cannot publish photos or videos with minors at this time.

• File Size: Ensure all media files are less than 1 MB each.

Submitting Content

AIAA-RMS to Create a Blog Post:

• Upload a Word Document: Include detailed information about your content.

• Include Accompanying Media: Photos or videos related to your submission.

Published Content:

• If your content is already published, provide a link to the original post. We will summarize and include it in the newsletter.

Sharing an Event

Event Details: Provide detailed information about your event.

Event Page:

• If you have an existing event page, provide a link.

• If you need AIAA-RMS to create an event page, provide all necessary details in the document.

  
  

Media: Include any photos or videos related to the event.
